   Simply Put , Terrible ! Never again … if it wasn’t for our Waitress Nadira we were ready to walk out . They weren’t prepared for the evening at all . An Extremely Painful Dinning Experience to say the least.

   For $200 a person, I definitely expected more from this. The presentation of each dish was beautiful, there were just some flavor details that needed addressed. The potatoes pave was slightly undercooked which gave the potatoes a very sharp overpowering taste. The lobster bisque was wildly over salted. The warm soup was poured over a very cold crab disk which created a strange temperature. The duck course was fantastic! The pomegranates added a perfect contrast to the salt of the duck. I loved the acidity of the raspberry vinaigrette on the salad underneath. The main course was underwhelming and probably my least favorite course. The swordfish was overcooked and the Bordeaux jus has a sharp flavor as if burnt. The A5 Wagyu Ribeye was in no way A5. It was probably American wagyu which is fine, but I wish it had been advertised as such. The taste of the steak was all right. The dessert course was good! I loved the mushroom shaped meringue and the raspberry compote that accompanied the chocolate mousse. Overall, I’d give it a 6/10, but I’d have given it a 6/10 if it was a $90 per person prix fixe.

   Best food I have had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. Everyone was very friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Recommend.

   It was the perfect break from the craziness of Christmas shopping. It was beautiful, peaceful, delicious. The wait staff was gracious and helpful. The scones were exceptional and the variety of both the sweet and savory items was excellent. The glass of champagne, the harpist, and including the valet parking were lovely touches. My daughter in law and I will be back. Great Santa also for pictures.

   High tea: tea was cold. Requested a warm up and it was Luke warm at best. Music was nice. Conference room was uneventful. Was expecting the garden view, paid for upgraded seats. Told that the winter tea was not in the garden area.

    I had such an amazing time. I was pleasantly surprised with a Winter Wonderland theme. My waitress took care of me with my dietary restrictions. They even had a violinist and the decor was amazing. If there's a Waldorf wherever I travel, I'll stay and eat/drink/ tea there for sure. Very comparable to me yet hotels in England and I'm very impressed.
