   Everything was lovely! Food was very filling and we had a great time! Only thing (and we didn't bring this up with the waiter) but we were expecting 20% off our food order for NHS staff. Whilst a discount was applied, we thought it would be more. We didn't want to be awkward and ask, and the food and drinks were great so worth the extra money anyway!

   The staff there are outstanding. They made the experience delightful and cheerful. Food was good as well.

   I booked online informing the restaurant that it was to celebrate my partners birthday. We were told that we could choose a complementary drink or desert, which was a nice gesture. We opted for the drink but then were told we could only have a desert. We would not have minded but had to wait ages for the desert as the waiter was very inattentive. This really let down our experience and we were left feeling disappointed. Better to have not offered a freebee. This was a surprise as the service has always been good here and we felt really let down for such a special occasion.

   Great addition to Paddington. Food excellent and brilliant staff. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Highly recommended.

   The service was excellent and the food and drinks were beautifully presented. Unfortunately the food was too spicy for me! Note on accessibility: there is a lift (slow, small) but accessibility within the restaurant is a bit difficult due to tables being close together. Did not find an accessible toilet but was able to use one of the toilet cubicles as these had step-free access.
