Server was excellent, but the meal took 3 hours as the food took a long time. Granted we had apps, main and dessert. The food was food and the textures were dynamite. Would go back!

Reservation was at 7:45p. We got there on time and was seated by 7:50p. No one came to our table until 8:00p (10 mins of waiting), a guy who wasn’t sure about Valentine’s day dinner promo that’s happening. We asked for water to start, which didn’t arrive until 8:05p. We asked for another waiter that’s more attentive, which is not that much different, we ordered a drink at 8:05p and it never came until 8:16p. At this point, we have been at the restaurant for almost 30 mins. The server hasn’t even asked for what we want to order! More drink orders came at 8:25p (35 mins after seated) and it was my first drink besides water! I ordered Yuzu. It was cute, came with a flower petal and all but the alcohol was very diluted for a $14 drink. Appetizer came at 8:30p and main course came at 8:35p (45 mins after seating). Bottom line, if you’re in a hurry or came in hungry, you’re SOL. The service was just unacceptable. Oh, their 18% tip is basically 20% pre-tax amount (another way to cheat customers for 2% extra money). Not cool! Food wise, we ordered - cauliflower bang bang that is pretty flavorful. - the duck ramen is good and bad. The noodle texture is good, but they gave very little noodles for $24 bowl. The duck is nicely seasoned. The broth, however, was soooo salty that I had to ask for hot water to dilute it. Also, ramen came out lukewarm while I asked for extra hot broth. - their promo dish, ayam geprek inspired crispy chicken dish was not authentic. I am Indonesian and I know what this dish should taste like. The tomato sauce was more suitable for ratatouille. The coconut rice was too mushy. The pickled veggies need more seasoning. The chicken itself was good, the only saving grace of the dish. - the one that is good is banana katsu. Crispy fried banana with salted caramel ice cream. No complaint on this dish. Will I go back? No. Will I recommend this to another person? No.

I read a lot of great reviews of this place and it lives up to the hype. The food was amazing. My husband is vegan and he had zero difficulty having a wonderful meal. Service was great as well.

The food was great I had the 4 course experience. Not really 4 courses, you get an appetizer and the 2rd & 3rd course came at the same time, then you receive the main course. My waiter didn’t really explain the food and sake pairing but overall good experience.

Had a wonderful girls’ luncheon! Our server was exceptional—attentive and a joy to chat with. The food was amazing: ahi tuna nachos (a must), Wagamama salad, and chicken pad Thai. I loved the sake flight, and my friend’s yuzu cocktail was delicious. Great food, drinks, and vibes—definitely worth visiting!

we went there to try out the $30 taste of Wagamama, the waitress was confused and I had to explain it to her. Food took a long time to come out, the experience comes with 3 drinks but they were out of one and didn’t give me any substitution, also it supposed to come with a 3 oz sake but I was given 1oz. Talked to the waitress and she was confused but at least she gave me another one. Chicken curry was dry and not enough sauce. I think overall food was good but the experience wasn’t. Waitress didn’t come often to check on us, and we had to ask another waitress for utensil.
