Named after our beloved grandfather, we are a small family-owned establishment built on a commitment to making every patron that walks through our doors feel they are at home. Our approach, in addition to supplying friendly and attentive service, is to take the traditional Italian cuisine that our family grew up eating and elevate it to something new and fresh.

    The value in this restaurant far outweighed the fact that it was a little on the loud side. The hosts and servers were incredibly friendly. We felt important from the moment we walked in, like we had come home. We ordered the lobster stuffed arancini to start and it was amazing!! Especially the sauce! For dinner we had the prosciutto wrapped chicken and the steak. Wow!!! The steak was everything you'd want and they came with the best asparagus and polenta fries I've ever tasted! The chicken dish was to die for. The combination of juicy chicken cooked to perfection with sauce, cheese and prosciutto was out of this world!! I only wish we had room to try more of their delightful dishes!! We don't live in the area, but we will be back someday.

    The food was amazing, pistachio martinis are a must try (they taste like ice cream). Our waiter was so friendly and attentive and already plan to go back there very soon.

    We were originally a party of 4 but last minute cancelations turned us into party of 2 . I called the restaurant and spoke to Lisa and she couldn't have been nicer . Told her we were still coming but probably sit at the bar unless unavailable. Proved to be another fabulous dinner and drinks . Thanks guys !! You never disappoint at Vuolos !!!! Bon appetit

    Over all it was a wonderful place to celebrate a 75th Birthday. The food was superb. Lisa was attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. We have recommended this restaurant to many of our friends. Thank you for a lovely evening.
