Crafted by Michael and Bryan Voltaggio, the menu at Vulcania Mammoth features organic, local and seasonal ingredients and is known for its Neapolitan pizzas, handmade pastas, handcrafted salumi, and perfect pairings of wine, beer and craft cocktails.     Amazing restaurant in the heart of Mammoth village ! The food is soooo good, from the fried mozzarella risotto and chick Parmesan which is my favorite ! Drinks are well done especially the old fashioned ! The big plus you need to ask for Tess as your waitress . So personable, so nice , great personality and so efficient ! Been going there since they opened and won’t stop. Until next month team !!!

    Just celebrated a birthday in one of the outdoor pods - really nice experience - food and service both excellent even in the midst of a storm ! Only thing wish there had been two heaters overhead - One side got all the heat ! Ur overall a great experience !

    Get the calamari, pep pizza & chicken parm. Had a large group sat in the yurt and service was good. New fav spot in the village. Make a reservation 1 wk in advance.

    We ate in the glass pods outside the best food we all were so happy with everything we ordered. We shared everything which was nice. The manager and wait staff were wonderful!! We will come back again next year!
