Voilà French Bistro in Scottsdale offers classic bistro dishes in an exquisitely designed setting. With Sandrine and Maxime and the rest of the team it will be like stepping into France. We are the place for seafood, foie gras, escargot and more.
New owners since January 1st 2024, which includes Chef Maxime. Maxime has and extensive culinary experience of twenty plus years in France, Maxime excels in the traditional French cuisine, with a keen interest on leveraging and innovating with seasonal products. His extensive experience was enriched from working for Michelin star chefs in the east of France, as well as from his training by Chef Jean-Christophe, the previous chef at Voila.In the kitchen, originality in dish plating and taste are words he thinks about every day. What you will experience is not la nouvelle cuisine but la cuisine traditionelle moderne.” A night at Voilà is the perfect place for date night, friends getting together, a nice family dinner, or private party.

A $40 entree just includes 2 shrimp, 1 scallop, 2 mussels, a 2inch x 2inch cod, a similar size salmon and 3 mini potatoes. The salmon is fishy and the other seafoods are just taste ok. The taste and portion don’t make it worth the money. The red wine chicken stew cost $30 but only includes ~7pieces of chicken. If you don’t care about the price and are willing to eat some very moderate French cuisine, just ignore my comments and go for it.

                                                                                      We had the most incredible dinner at Viola French Bistro last evening. There is nothing like the escargots there. We also had the Chevre et Saumon Fume as our other appetizer. So flavorful! We then both had La Choucroute for the main entree. It was a variety of seafood on sauerkraut with a Riesling sauce. Unbelievable to me, the sauerkraut was an excellent complement to the fresh seafood. Deserts were beyond our expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming. We have been to Paris several times and this restaurant exceeds any restaurant we have been to there. Can't wait to go back

                                                                                      Always a pleasure dining here. Food excellent, and varied choices. Pastry chef does a great job with classic French desserts, which can also be ordered online for pickup.
