   FOOD WAS GOOD AS USUAL BEEN GOING THERE FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS BUT THIS TIME WAS CRAZY GOT IN FOR A 7PM RESERVATION DIDNT GET DRINKS UNTIL 740PM THEN WE ORDERED FIRST COURSE & ENTRÈE WHICH CAME HOUR AFTER , WE WAS HARDLY ATTENDED TO AN REQUESTED UTENSILS 5 TIMES TILL I HAD TO GO BY THE KITCHEN MY SELF FOR THEM IT WAS A DISASTER ALSO HAVING A 3 YEAR OLD WITH US AN THOSE DELAYS WASNT NICE

   The service was awful. Waiter got my order wrong and took along time to do anything. Got busy later but the restaurant was almost empty when I got there therefore there was no reason for dinner to take 2 1/2 hours. The whole restaurant seemed disorganized. Food was fair at best. Octopus was hard and tough to to chew. Too bad because the place is very nice and convenient. I will not eat there again.

   The atmosphere was nice, but the food wasn’t that good. The steak was too raw plus on the website. They stated dessert but when I went there, there was no dessert.

   The former home of Rudolph Valentino is attractive. The servers were friendly, albeit inexperienced. The food was the problem — tasteless.

   Me and my wife went for our anniversary , very nice quiet atmosphere , for appetizers we ordered the Cesar salad good , crab cakes were very good , the grilled octopus was very tuff and chewy , Main course was good the ribeye steak was tasty but very fatty nice classic mashed potatoes with the skin witch i love with Brussel sprouts very tasty , my wife got the chicken parm witch was very good , desert we got the lava cake and apple tart very good as well . Over all i will be going back to vivo and look forward to having my sons baptism in may .

   We went for the prefix Thanksgiving dinner. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was wonderful. I love the restaurant. The downside was that it wasn't clear to me that it was buffet style until I got to the restaurant. The buffet area was small and hard to maneuver through with the heavy crowd. The other issue was the food wasn't hot, it was luke warm at best... potatoes cold. The taste and quality of the food was excellent. I would only do Thanksgiving there again if it was a prefixed menu and I was served at the table. With all of this said, every other time I go to this restaurant it's always excellent

   Love this place. From our wedding day, to our 1 year anniversary dinner, they are always accommodating and attentive.

   To start, we ordered Fried Calamari for 3 of us. They weren't the best! A bit on the tough side, perhaps old or reheated. For the main course, 2 of us ordered SWORDFISH OREGANATA, an interesting presentation. On the bottom was a large thick slice of cooked carrot, topped with sauteed spinach, topped with a thick piece of fish, topped with a grilled half lemon. Unfortunately the swordfish was old and tasted bad. We couldn't eat it! We complained to the manager about the meal who gracefully removed our dinner plates and did not charge us for the entree. Dessert was good. I have enjoyed many meals at VIVO in the past that were excellent. The bad food experience was a surprise!

    My wife and I have been visiting Vivo for years and never have a bad experience. The costume party this year was even better than last year. The food is always great as is the decor. The projekt was a fantastic band which I believe played the first year as well. Looking forward to many more great times here.
