Since opening in 2004, Bayside residents and business’ alike have grown to love Vivace as their premier local eatery and function venue to catch up with friends, family and business colleagues.


Owner Chris Favaloro and co-host Andrew Zoli of Vivace are the dynamic duo that collaborate the front of house whilst Executive Chef, Davide Ferraro leads the talented team offering an extensive, modern Italian inspired menu , incorporating fresh local seafood, Black Angus beef, house made pastas and delectable desserts for the most fastidious diner.
Our Suburban Italian restaurant has a very classy and warm atmosphere, with soft and intimate lighting. Professional staff members are knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, and offer a non-intrusive level of service at all times. The tantalising menu ranges from fresh seafood to quality meat, with specials that change daily to keep regular diners happy.

                                Vivace Brighton is one our favourite restaurants. We ate at Vivace for a milestone birthday celebration with family and friends. The menu is creative, the food divine and the wine list is extensive. The staff always greet you warmly, with a welcome that makes you feel like family. Service throughout the meal is always courteous and attentive. We live on the Peninsula now, but the drive to Brighton is totally worth it - we'll be back.

                                Fabulous service and superb food. We are regulars at Vivace because it's such a wonderful dining experience and is consistently brilliant. They always offer great 'specials' each time so you always have something new to try - plus they know how to make great cocktails!

                                Our second time at Vivace and absolutely nothing disappointed. Great food, atmosphere and service and a divine wine list. Absolutely one of my favourite restaurants in Brighton.

                                I have been going to Vivace for ? decades and never been disappointed. Last night was no exception. Warm welcome, beautifully cooked and served snapper and unobtrusive staff who were always there when needed.
