   We had an excellent experience dining at Viva! The staff was beyond amazing, our server Joe was top notch and very attentive! The food was served promptly and everything was delicious, the skirt steak was amazing! Others in our group enjoyed the creamy chicken and salmon, everything was great! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience in Key West!

   Horriable. Would never return. Service....what service? Could not even order dinner.had yo go to bar for drinks. As a local would stay FAR AWAY from this place.

   From check-in with the hostess, to getting our sangria into your-go cups, it was a wonderful experience. Our server (sadly I can’t remember her name) was engaged with us to help make choices in drinks and food. Great dinner!

   Excellent food. The steak tacos are delicious. The outside garden is very pleasant. Worth a trip.

   Happy Hour appetizers & drinks were both tasty & priced well. The hostess, server and others working were friendly. Strangely tho, the hamburger was not gluten free; our server came back and said something was mixed into the meat (so kudos for telling us, but also strange for a burger). We both had steak ‘sandwiches’ (no corn shell or GF bun available tho) and they were rather tough. This may have been due to a local/FL food prep law which requires med well cooking - not good for a beef focused venue.

    Great food and service. We were seated on the patio and it was a comfortable spot with a patio heater which was quite nice on a cool night.
