Everything was amazing, got to sit outside due to renovations for the hotel and restaurant lobby but the service and the amazing food saved the day. I will be coming back!

I understand that they are currently remodeling the restaurant area of the hotel. We took that into consideration. The food was less than impressive. No dinner salad, no bread. Just a barely warm entree served in a bowl. I have never eaten Salmon served like this., nor would I expect to in a nice restaurant. We were expecting a nice Italian meal. Several items were unavailable that were on an already limited menu. We paid a nice price for a very poor meal. Dress code not in place. I didn’t know shorts were considered Business Casual. Overall we were completely disappointed and will not be returning.

Overall, an OK experience at Visconti. The hotel is in the midst of a renovation so the restaurant is temporarily housed in a nice tent. The staff is very attentive and the menu is appealing. While it presents a nice Italian menu, we were not crazy about our dishes. In particular the Caio e Pepe was described as handmade fresh pasta but it was dried macaroni, only a notch or so above Kraft Mac n cheese. Hopefully once the hotel renovation is completed the quality of the food will improve and the overall experience will elevate to what you’d expect from a four star hotel restaurant.

At the time of this review, the restaurant is undergoing a renovation, so they set up a temporary space in the hotel for it. That being said, no complaints here. The space was still beautiful and we found it a great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Food and service were excellent, and they had a guitarist singing when we went on a Saturday night.

The food was delicious and very Italian rather than Italian American. The service was excellent too. The hotel was doing some remodeling so the restaurant had been moved outside to an air conditioned tent. It was very comfortable, but not their usual “atmosphere” I’m sure.

We booked for our wedding anniversary based on the pictures and ambience. When we arrive, they tell us that they are undergoing renovations and put us into a tent outside. It would have been nice to know in advance so they we could have gone elsewhere for a special celebration. We have young kids, so special date nights don’t come by very often.

We decided to have brunch at this location and expected a dining experience with a view. Instead, we were seated in a plastic covered dining area.. the croissant were great but everything else was just ok. Will not return

The service was exceptional. There was live entertainment and she sang beautifully. Valet free for the first 4 hours. It’s located within a hotel but it was worth the trip. The decor was gorgeous.
