From Naples to Santa Monica to Boise: the same passion for food.

A few words from the owner:

In 1969, I arrived in Los Angeles and I immediately noticed that the food served was much different tasting than the food that my family prepared in Italy. Upon questioning the restaurant owner regarding the non-traditional meals we were serving, I was told the food must be made according to American taste.

My commitment to you: I pledge to bring an authentic Italian dining experience, demonstrating the same passion I’ve had since the beginning.

                                                                             When you walk in, you greeted by the owner, who is warm and personable. I quickly seated and our drink order was taken. Daily specials, and a brief history of the place was given to us. Recommendations for all courses were given, and the rest of the menu explained. The food was absolutely wonderful and the fresh break bread was a touch of class. Definitely recommend this place highly!

                                                                            We had a delightful dinner at Vincenzo Trattoria. The food and the service were excellent and we enjoyed the homey and welcoming atmosphere. Plus great music and the bread is fabulous! This is now on our list of favorite restaurants and we look forward to our next meal there.

We had received great recommendations from friends, and it was even better than expected. The service was perfect. The food fresh, authentic and delicious. You should dine here too for a fantastic and cozy experience.

                                                                            Very disappointing! We have eaten there many times and will never go back. They are no longer serving pizza because of staff shortages. The swordfish, a chef’s special was simply awful. Bland, thin and poorly presented. Pasta dishes were unimaginative and poorly prepared. Nobody finished their meal. Calamari was very good, wine and dessert outstanding. We believe the problem is chef is out front, not back in the kitchen anymore. This is sad to see as we always loved our local Italian eatery.

                                                                            Food and service are always great. This is a small local gem and the food is fantastic. Everything is made fresh when ordered and the sauces and incredible. We will keep coming back for a true Italian meal.

                                                                            This place was a real surprise. I’m not from the area and when the uber took me to a strip mall I was wary. But they welcomed me warmly, shared that all the pasta was homemade and many of the ingredients from their garden. Everything I ate was very good, as was the service.

                                                                            We went to Rome this summer and have been craving the food and atmosphere ever since and this restaurant is perfect!! Amazing service and even better food!!! We cannot recommend this place enough! If you are looking for authentic Carbonara, this is the place you are looking for! The Lasagna and bread is amazing as well!
