   Overall we had a pleasant evening at Vincenzo. The service was a bit slow, and the staff was apologetic since they were shorthanded. The food was good, although in Florida we expected to have more fresh fish selections. Highlights were the bread, the cheese tray and the shrimp on the grouper dish.

   The food was good. Not blow you out of the water great or anything. Service was just ok. There was nothing extra like talking about specials or asking if we had been before. No suggestions. We got sat with menus. Asked about what kind of water we wanted. Then later came back and asked if we were ready to order. During the meal I think one time the server stopped by to make sure everything was ok. I had to ask for a refill on my water as it had been empty for a while. They also auto-gratuity at 20% so maybe that is why the servers don’t feel they have to go above and beyond. We were a party of 2 so was shocked to see the auto on there.

   Went for valentine’s day and overall had a great time and really good food. The only thing I would say is that the valet was a bit confusing and chaotic and they had a different menu with fewer items than what I saw online. Other than that we had really good service and the food was really good.

   Food was good and great service, but there is no real ambience. It felt like any regular Florida restaurant with most people dressed down.

   We travel extensively and this restaurant’s food is among the best Italian food we have ever experienced. My wife is 100% Italian and an excellent cook. She had the sea bass and the restaurant was very flexible in letting her have brussel sprouts and spaghetti instead of the published sides. She said the sea bass was exceptional! The garlic bread was delicious. Our son ordered chicken tenders and fries and the chicken was very tender and cooked perfectly. I ordered Chicken Piccata also with garlic spaghetti and brussel sprouts. It was the best I’ve had at a restaurant. Our server Michela made the experience extra enjoyable with her phenomenal service, conversation and discussion of the restaurant‘a menu and history. This restaurant is highly recommended!

   Food was ok at best, service was slow and a 20% was added to the bill for one.. obviously taking advantage of the tourist crowd..

   We chose Vincenzo as it is a family owned restaurant, and those, in our experience, are more true to the cuisine. We have been to Italy and it was true to our experiences there for taste. The selection of Vincenzo's proved to be an excellent choice as from the appetizer to the dessert every item we had was prepared to be both delicious and "right proportion." Our service was crazy good, the restaurant is not very large but it is very well appointed and looks like it opened yesterday it was so clean and fresh. Because it is not very large when it got fairly filled toward the end of our meal the noise level picked up. The drink menu has some of the most interesting we have seen. They have a dedicated parking area, which can be either valet (complimentary) or self park right across from the restaurant. Cannot recommend more for a great Italian dinner.

    Vincenzo Cucina is our favorite Italian restaurant in the Orlando area. The food is always excellent and portion sizes are substantial. Generally, the service is very attentive, although during this visit our server was having trouble with some requests. We always opt for inside dining and it is typically quiet in the restaurant. The short rib special was excellent, the veal parmigiana was extremely tasty (and very large serving). Finally, the tiramisu dessert also is excellent and easily shared.
