   Dined at 6:30 pm on Christmas Day. We were seated 30 min before our reservation which was fantastic. The waitress was amazingly friendly but I could tell there was not enough staff to wait on all the customers on a busy Christmas night. The food was great although our appetizer never came. There was no problem removing it from the check. I’d like to thank our fantastic waitress and try Vincenzo again, but maybe on a major holiday like Christmas.

   no one came to our table for 30 minutes after being seated, we flagged down a passing waitress and she said she'll take our order even though it was not her table. Thank you to her. twenty minutes later she came back with a few carafes of water. we helped ourselves. fast foward an hour and half later, only half of our table got some food, a mishmash of pastas and a couple of pizzas, no one knew why some of our party got served as no one had their appetizers yet. we had to flagged down our elusive waitress and complained. she said she kn will check with the kitchen. Waiting another 20 minutes, I went looking for the manager. By now he was at our table. He started confirming what was missing which took a few minutes and went to talk to the kitchen. he said the food was made and it's coming . 5 minutes later, the missing entrees showed up, our seating was at 6 and got all our food at 8PM. the steak and the mash was cold. The waitress never came back to check on us. we couldn't complain as there was no one to complain to. adding insult to injury our various salads showed up when we finished our entrees. The bill came with the automatic 20% gratuity which we weren't informed of and the credit card machine asked for additional gratuity which my wife clicked by mistake not knowing there was already an automatic 20% for larger parties. Food was OK compared to other Italian places around town. Thumb's down for service.

   I believe they may have been short staffed this Christmas Day so taking that into consideration it was a decent experience. We received our appetizers but didn’t have silverware until we flagged someone down. By then appetizers were cold. Main courses were fine. We waited quite a while to get our dessert on our prix fixe menu. We then got the wrong check and had to edit a bit to let our server know.

   We had a beautiful Christmas Eve dinner with our family! The food and service was fabulous!, beautiful ambience and we had a delightful time! We definitely will be back each time we visit San Diego and it’s Little Italy! I highly recommend!

   Excellent food. The cheese wheel dishes are exceptional. The service is fantastic- friendly and on top of it. Loved this place. Will be back.

   The food was just ok. I ordered the pasta special of the day, which was served in a cheese wheel. The presentation was the best part of the meal. Pasta was meh. I swear the sausage was leftover breakfast sausage from that morning’s breakfast service. My friend ordered pasta from the cheese wheel bar which she thought meant it would be prepared and served tableside, in a cheese wheel, like mine. Nope. It was just regular Fettuccine Alfredo, nothing special. However, our service was really excellent and our server recommended a fabulous bottle of wine. The ambiance was very nice, we chose to sit outside and enjoy the holiday decorations. Bottom line - food was just ok and over priced for the quality received, but great wine and service.

   It was an excellent meal and service. A great time, we happened to be there on the night of the Christmas tree lighting in Little Italy and Vincenzo is right in the heart of all the active. We had a blast. We look forward to going back again

    Great fun for our group. Turned out to be the tree lighting night in Little Italy. Cheesy pastas were amazing
