Chef McCaw's food is complemented by our eclectic, carefully chosen wine list. An Enomatic preservation system allows us to present over 40 wines by the glass and half glass. We also serve hand-crafted cocktails and beer from our full bar.

Join us inside our luxurious, heated, yurts for a private dining experience. We feature our ever changing, delicious five-course tasting menu for $135 per person. We have a $500 food and beverage minimum before tax and 20% gratuity is applied. Please call the restaurant after booking to confirm details. 970-748-9463. The "set price per guest" of $50 above is a DEPOSIT ONLY, we do have a strict 72-hour cancelation policy. The deposit will offset the $135 per person cost at the restaurant.

Food service and ambience were excellent. Visiting Beaver Creek from out of town and would definitely come here again on another visit!

Outstanding! My friend and I dined at Vin48 and could not have been more impressed. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Cody, our waiter, explained the menu and options very well, and provided recommendations as requested. We started with the cheese plate, and all three cheeses and compotes were divine. My friend had the salmon special cooked medium and I had a shrimp fettuccini small plate, and everything was delicious. We enjoyed a nice bottle of pinot noir and topped off dinner with carrot cake and the seasonal apple mousse. We will definitely be back when visiting the area.

Love the casual yet sophisticated vibe of this place. The service was top notch, from greet to seat to service. The food was extraordinary. The menu was comprehensive without being overwhelming. Short walk from just about anywhere in Avon. Highly reccomend.

My husband and I came here for our 1-year anniversary dinner and we do not regret that decision at ALL. As soon as we walked in, the host congratulated us on our anniversary, and when we first sat down our waitress gave us a complimentary toast. And then the meal was absolutely perfect, literally no notes. Enjoyed every bit of it and cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!

We had a great date night with wine, halibut, octopus and crab cake. Everything is delicious and the wine paired perfectly. Pumpkin cheese cake for desert with raspberry sorbet… amazing

Always a winner! The food and service at Vin48 is reliably excellent. The staff is attentive. And the menu typically has some new items to try. During the shoulder season it is especially nice to support a local business. I appreciate that it is open!
