   The experience plus the 4 course was outstanding.nice people, rich food, a real Italian experience for sure.i would recommend them ten times over.

   To start the host had to ask us the name of the party four time as she could not remember. Once seated no one addressed the table for at least 15 minutes. No water for over 20 min, no bread until we asked. The food tasted fine but the portions were small. We skipped the dessert because there was no indication as to how long it would take. The manager tried to make save the situation by saying you should have only had to wait 15 minutes unless the waitress made a mistake which she did. 45 minutes in she came to ask us our order again because she did not put in the ticket. The only benefit was that the meal he did not make us pay for the meal but the damage was already done. At a restaurant food is usually prepped so that it only takes minutes to make and serve. Even a tuna tartare which is raw took over one and a half hours to serve. Other diners were also waiting for food as well. This was my second time at this restaurant and the service was horrible then as well. I will never go here again and likely will not go into the next restaurant that tries in that space either. The staff must be exhausted having to run up and down the stairs for each order. That can explain why they are making so many mistakes.

   Food was great, quick, and full of flavor. Workers were very nice and helpful, our waitress was little rude but it was possibly due to stress of valentines day.

   Lamb chops were very undercooked my mashed potatoes were bloody. I told the waitress she took them back to the kitchen when they brought them back the lamb chops were still bloody and very tuff. The waitress seemed to be clueless very young inexperienced.

   Went to Villa Lulu for the first time with friends before a show at the Shubert. The food was very good, but the service was a little questionable. I don't know if the poor service was because our server was overwhelmed with tables, or if he was having a bad night, but he neglected to put our dinner order in and informed us of that when he dropped off the dinner to our friends. He was open and said he only punched in one dinner and that they would make ours right away. After about 25 minutes, ours finally came out. He only gave us 2 pieces of bread for 4 people at the table, empty drink glasses were never retrieved, and he never came by to see if our dinners were okay. The food and atmosphere of the restaurant is what will have us return for another visit. Hopefully we get a different server. You absolutely cannot beat the location if you are attending a show at the Shubert.

   This was our first time dining at Villa Lulu. The food was delicious!! We had the beet salad was outstanding. I ate the salmon and my husband had the chicken parm. Our friend had the chicken scarpiello. All dishes were excellent. Our only complaint was that we asked for bread a few times but it never came. We will be back!!

   Went on a late Saturday morning in January. Booked this for the brunch menu advertised on this app. Arrived and there was no brunch menu. There was no one in the restaurant and we still had slow service.

   We had a lovely time. Our waitress was kind and attentive. The whipped ricotta was the star of the meal.

    Good food and service. It was very empty the night we were there but the tables are packed in close so a full night would be very loud.
