   Our steaks were made perfectly to our liking and we were extremely comfortable in the luxurious ambiance. Service was outstanding and we will be back, but reluctantly telling others how much we liked eating there so we are delayed in our future reservations.

   The food was not good. One of the worst steaks I’ve had and the lobster roll was horrible. Service was good and ambience was good

   Service was excellent. All staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Food is fair. We did not try the steak so I cannot make a comment on that. Perhaps that is where we went wrong.

   Food was ok. I wouldn't revisit the resturant due to the payment policy. It seems unfair

   Nice but there are better restaurants in the area for the price. $24 for three (actually 2 and 1/2) scallops was outrageous.

   It was my wife's 70th birthday and we had very high expectations for Victors. We were immediately greeted and our table was ready. The atmosphere is exceptional. Our server rushed us through our meal. My wife ordered a cocktail and he wanted to take our dinner selections. We thought he would pace the meal. The drinks came and immediately the salad. Then the meal and the steaks were cooked as ordered. The asparagus and the potatoes were exceptional. The steaks were terrible. We never were asked if we needed refills on our sodas. The dessert menu came before we were done eating. The bill came before we were done with our desserts. Upon payment he asked if we wanted a to go cup. When I made the reservations I put in the comments section it was a birthday. Never any mention of that birthday. This type of restaurant should be held to a higher standard. It didn't come close. We will never return and we and we frequent many downtown Charleston restaurants.

   Victor‘s is my favourite downtown! Prime Rib and the Butcher‘s board!!! So good! Service is the best, Jamie and Dash serve the best old fashioned

   Ok it was not all we expected; we’d reserved for 7, a special birthday party, and thought it would be a smooth going! The dinning room seating is mostly booths, so we ended up at a long table in the bar-room. It was ok, and we staid. Nathan was a fine server, paying special attention to the 80 year old and the 7 yr old. Drinks and appetizers were great, especially crab cakes and bison loin. Food came slowly, evidence of careful prep, but no; prime rib came rare (not medium as ordered) rib eye was well (not rare as ordered). The halibut was done perfectly in an alternative sauce! Overall taste and quality high, but the cost was too high, expecting near perfection; it was just good. Not a likely return for us!

    Unfortunately due to the winter storm, our food experience wasn’t the greatest. The filet was good. We ordered the chocolate cake for dessert and it was dry, assuming that it sat too long during closure. The manager never came to our table to ask how everything was going yet looked over at us multiple times. There were plenty of employees working, where we sat at high table. I had to ask for my glass of wine after watching several be customers come in And be served their drinks right away. No one ever came by to check on us after our meal came out Ana we had to flag down the manager for a sweet tea refill. Once again the manager didn’t come by to speak to us. Make sure you pay attention to what you’re booking because we assumed we were being seated in the dining room only to find out we booked a high top table. They share a kitchen with Vincent’s so it’s the same desserts etc. Was interested in trying Vincent’s, but probably won’t now.
