                                                                                                                                      Dissappointed in the Rib cap steak. I think that is the best bite of steak that you can eat from a cow. This did not hit the mark of other Rib Caps that I have had. Usually this comes in a tournado however the rib cap steak at the Victor came as a strip of meat.

Our waiter was lovely, informative, very relaxed, and we were there during the Taylor Swift concert, so they let us go in and out to the balcony to listen to songs as much as we wished. It felt private. The food and wine were fantastic as well. We had the spicy tuna sushi, A5 waygu croquettes, steak tartare, fanny bay oysters, and brussels sprouts, all of which were very tasty. Great ambiance. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to come back.
