   Absolutely loved our dinner here. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and the staff was fantastic and very attentive. I was just about finished my Iced Tea, when out of nowhere, our server arrives with another one to replace it. There were 8 of us and we all got different dishes. When they arrived they were hot, fresh, plentiful and absolutely delicious. What food we couldn't eat we took home for later. We are really looking forward to our next visit, which I suspect will be very soon.

   Actually went for winterdine but the menu did NOT interest us so we chose from the regular menu. I am a fan of Burrata salads, although NOT the best I’ve had, it was very good. We both chose pizza (different) & we were both pleased. We love pizza oven pizzas. We have leftovers for today. I finished my meal off with the lemon tart. Super fan of lemon meringue pie and this did NOT disappoint. I had two margaritas which were excellent and ended with a beautiful decaf latte with a shot of Baileys. Our second visit here. We look forward to our next.

   Our first time at this establishment. Definitely one of the best restaurants I have dined at. The service was excellent from start to finish and the food was amazing (including the tiramisu for dessert). We will be back for sure!

   It was a wonderful experience all around. We were well Attended to and left feeling very satisfied with our meal. Looking toward to our next visit.

   Overall great experience but a few small things could make it even better. Our reservation couldn’t be found in their system which wasn’t a big deal since it was fairly quiet, but if it was busier we likely wouldn’t have gotten a table. The atmosphere is very nice but the booths were wildly uncomfortable. Everything we ate was delicious, but the prices would keep us from eating there again.

   Waited over one hour to get our food after placing our order with an apology, but no explanation. Restaurant wasn’t even busy.

   I booked a table for a romantic New Years Eve dinner. We waited 15 minutes after our reservation to be seated. When we did get a seat it was next to the busy bar with a big screen tv showing the hockey game. The waiters were running back and forth in front of our table with chairs and cleaning supplies. People kept putting the butts in our face as they sat at the bar. We asked to be moved and were told there were no other seats available. We ordered the NYE special for dinner. A steak and lobster and pasta. Again we waited a hour to be served. The steak was extremely small and the pasta dish had 5 pieces. For $65 I expected a lot more. On the plus side, the food was well prepared and tasted good, but not great. After sharing this experience with friends they agreed and told of similar situations when trying dine at Vicinato. I will not be going back to Vicinato, the service, the food, and the value were all terrible.

   We went here for a 40th Birthday dinner. There were 6 of us and we made a reservation online. We were sat promptly. The server was fine but we definitely had better service elsewhere. We ordered the whipped ricotta app which was amazing and I highly recommend. The complimentary bread came out when we were eating our apps as the server forgot to deliver. We ordered a few drinks they were ok but high priced for what they were. The mains we order were short rib cannoli and Margarita pizza with hot honey on the side. The cannoli was cold in the middle and the texture of the middle was not great I would not order again unfortunately (the server didn’t come back for a bit to check on our meals). The margarita pizza was tasty however the server didn’t leave the honey and barely put any on the pizza. When paying $3 for the honey you should be able to add when you want. We then ordered dessert as we were celebrating a 40th birthday. Server seemed overwhelmed or distracted as it was typically other ppl delivering the items and no acknowledgment of the Birthday. When the server came over for bills he seemed confused as to what we ordered and how things would be split with the food. I think the server needs more training or perhaps less tables until they are confident in their abilities. We would come back but we would not get certain items again.

    Having been to Italy recently , I was looking to relive the food experience. Vicinato did not disappoint with its more modern take on Italian cuisine . The food was delicious , the courses paced nicely and the service excellent . I will return !
