   We had a truly lovely experience celebrating New Year’s Eve dinner. The atmosphere and ambiance at Vic and Olas were simply delightful. The attentive and friendly staff really went above and beyond, making our evening feel even more special. It was a heartwarming way to end the current year and get ready for the new year!

   We dined outside for New Year’s Eve! The ambiance was so lovely. Many heaters and blankets if you got cold. Service was very good and overall a great evening celebrating the new year! Standout dishes, Garlic Shrimp, linguine with clams and Butter Cake!

   The food at Vic and Ola's is always top notch. We shared the eggplant meatballs and calamari for appetizers...both outstanding. Main entrees were also fabulous. Service was a little slow because it was such a busy night...in fact we cancelled our final drink because it came after dessert. But aside from that, everything was perfect, and we will return soon.

   We like this restaurant but we were disappointed this evening. When dinners arrived, my husbands was fine but mine was cold. They took mine back and remade it, however my husband was completely done eating before I got mine back. Usually you’d get an offer for a free glass of wine or something but nothing. And it was New Year’s Eve so to eat at separate times was extra weird. 😡

   I had requested a table outside and asked for the patio when checking in. The Manager said and I quote. Let me work my magic and get you a table on the patio. We were taking to the worst table in the restaurant. Next to us was the exit to the parking lot. Many empty tables within the main Patio available. He went out of his way to give us his worst table outside. Never had such an arrogant person at a restaurant. If he had said but sent us to the table we wouldn’t have thought otherwise, but he had to work his magic. Unbelievable. Dinner was mediocre at best

    I have been here numerous times and have always enjoyed it. Today I told my family that this evening is going to be great. NOT!!!! What a complete disappointment. No fault of the server, but we waited 45 minutes to get salads! Then the food arrived— it just kept getting worse. The kids ordered plain pasta and that was the highlight of the dinner. I ordered Osso Buccco— dry as hell, the risotto was undercooked and inedible, like eating pebbles. Lasagne(house special)— seemed to be frozen then microwaved. No taste, very bland. Capellini Pomedoro- again bland and tasteless. It’s a shame that a bad experience can turn you off to a place you always recommended. Anyone can have a bad night- but to be honest, it’s going to be a long time before I go or recommend this place. FYI- the server tried the best she could, and I did not take out my dissatisfaction on her. I tipped her handsomely. Sorry for all the negativity, but the evening was a total disaster to my family.
