Via Vai si trova infatti in via Pisana, nel centro storico del capoluogo toscano, a pochi passi da piazza Pier Vettori e da Lungarno di Santa Rosa. L’atmosfera elegante e minimal, molto luminosa anche per via delle luci ben scelte, vi farà sentire di essere approdati nel posto giusto, se amate il sushi. Questo viene servito su lunghe tavolate guarnite di un’apparecchiatura essenziale e raffinata. I piatti serviti in via Pisana, arricchiti di fiori e colori che attirano, sono una vera opera d’arte. E quindi non è un mistero il motivo per cui Via Vai sta diventando la meta preferita di fiorentini e gente di passaggio internazionale se si vuole assaggiare uno dei sushi più buoni della città!

Visited Italy with my girlfriend and we were craving sushi, by far some of the best I ever had. Great and friendly staff, hope to come back one day!
