   Everything was amazing! Got the arancini and bruschetta as an app and then the short rib bolognese and my boyfriend got a dish with shrimp and scallops. All was phenomenal! Waitress was also such a sweetie pie! Would go again no doubt!

   Food was very fresh, well prepared, decently sized, and fairly priced. Eggplant rolllatini appetizer was delicate and tender, with a tasty tomato sauce. All of our main courses as well as desserts were delicious. The only negative for me was our dirty martinis were overpriced for the size. We had reservations for standard seating at their 4 PM opening. We were seated in the sunny street-level bar area, so we had the misimpression that the restaurant was small, but we were surprised to find out during our visit that there are two additional dining areas, another on the street level and a second one downstairs. Downstairs was larger, darker, and and had a more elegant and intimate atmosphere than upstairs.

    I grew up with Italian home cooking and this restaurant is phenomenal. They can get really busy and crowded upstairs, so make a reservation! They have a great selection of dishes ranging from basic chicken parm to more elaborate selections. They also have steak for those needing a break from Italian food. The appetizers are fantastic including the eggplant rollatini and meatball. For the meal, I had the chicken medallions with vodka sauce and also tried the gnocchi al forno and both were to die for. But everything on the menu is great, so picking a dish is the hardest part. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are just right. You're not getting 3lbs of mediocre food like the generic Italian restaurants, so if you have a big appetite, definitely order some appetizers. Service is friendly and attentive. A hidden gem in the suburbs.
