   absolutely love VELA!! greetings from the lovely Rosario the hostess who welcomed us and remembered us from another visit. The service is top notch! Gregario was our server and he went above and beyond our expectations!!! we enjoyed carpaccio, burrata, risotto and tiramisu. All perfection !! the olive oil they serve with bread basket is out of this world. get a table by pool! 15/10

   Fortunate to have had Fernando serve us. The venue was beautiful, the food delicious, and Fernando very efficient and a lot of fun!!

   We received poor service from the hostess upon arrival, with reservations we still had to wait to be seated with many open tables but we was seated at a table near the kitchen and after observing the staff we noticed that they cater to a certain race and it was obviously not our race. This was very disappointing because the Hilton brand usually doesn’t tolerate this type of behavior. Needless to say this was our first and last time at this restaurant. The property has way better choices to fine dine with welcoming staff.

   Service is out of this world. Beautiful live music. Carbonara was the best meal of the week! Highly suggest, you won’t be disappointed!

    I had the shrimp ravioli and it was very good. The wait staff were so attentive and professional. The presentation of the food was lovely. The location is pretty with a nice view
