    El servicio fue muy amable pero algunos platillos tenían un sobreprecio de 100 pesos por “temporada” que se le agregaba al precio ya fijo en el menú

    Al inicio el servicio no fue nada bueno, se tardaron mucho en atendernos. La cantidad de vino que sirven por copeo no es la correcta y no sirven el vino que pides en la mesa, por lo que no sabes qué te dan si ya lo traen servido. Pedimos una pasta pero nada especial comparado con otros lugares, al igual que la pizza, muy rica pero no que quede en nuestra memoria. Íbamos a pedir más vino y postre pero no nos quedamos con ganas de seguir en ese lugar.

    Comida tardó mucho en llegar, cuando llegó estaba fría. Al reclamar, llevaron los platos y los trajen frío otra vez. Reclamamos otra vez y los platos regresaron un poco más calientes pero lejos de estar bueno. No hubo una explicación o pedido de disculpa.

    Inattentive service. Because of the service I did not want to leave a large tip, but the person helping me insisted I leave at least 10%. I did not. Good was good. Skip the Gelato, which is more like ice cream.

    Excelente servicio, la comida como siempre muy deliciosa, el vino Gran Passione es un delicia para acompañar tus alimentos y el servicio y atención es de 10. Recomiendo mucho este gran restaurante de comida italiana.
