Building on the tremendous success of Kutir and Manthan, esteemed Michelin-starred chef Rohit Ghai, together with business partner Abhi Sangwan, are pleased to announce the expansion of their distinguished portfolio with the opening of Vatavaran, a new luxury Indian dining destination on the highly coveted Beauchamp Place. Vatavaran promises to be a unique addition to London’s dining scene, offering not only luxurious dishes but an immersive space that transitions seamlessly from day to night. Vatavaran, meaning 'atmosphere' in Sanskrit, draws inspiration from the serene landscapes of the Himalayas. Designed as a sanctuary for the senses, this sensory dining experience will immerse guests in the essence of these majestic mountains.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service was exceptional. The food was tasty but just far too spicy for us to be able to enjoy the meal. Even the food they brought out for the kids was just ridiculously spice. While we appreciate that Indian food is always spicier than other cuisines, it has to still be enjoyable. In our view, this food was simply too spicy. Strongly recommend the kitchen consider varying choice levels for customers.

Amazing food as always. Chef Rohit is brilliant and will definitely bring a Michelin star to this restaurant, similar to his previous restaurants. Great location, cocktails were a must along with the tasting menu. Yum.

The entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the team was professional, knowledgeable, and excited about their menu and about serving perspective kinds. Definitely a must to return.

Our experience at Vatavaran was exceptional in every way. From the welcome we received, the waiting staff and how attentive they were and who took the time to explain the dishes, to the drinks, the ambience - everything was perfect. We have eaten at many of London's high end restaurants, and ths ranks right up there - maybe our new favourite, and there are many fine In dian restaurants in the capital! We would thoroughly recommend!

The interior of the restaurant is beautiful! The beautiful shades of blue were soothing. The service from the moment we walked in to the serving of the food were all exceptional. All aspects of the meal were excellent. This chef knows his spices and applies them well. Great food coming out of the kitchen is first rate!

Beautiful restaurant in Knightsbridge. Well presented dishes with great flavours. Service was excellent and all the staff were very accommodating. The bar on the top floor is a gem for a quiet place. Good pedigree part of Kutir and Manthan restaurants with head Chef Rohit Ghai. Would I go again ? YES
