   The food was very tasty and reasonably portioned but unfortunately the service was not good. Very few staff members available and used a QR code order system with no cash payment option at all in the restaurant. We watched our drinks at the bar for close to 15 min before being brought out. There were also other patrons that created a negative atmosphere, such as using a digital camera with a flash that ricocheted around the restaurant. It was difficult to get the attention of the wait staff and on two occasions I had to leave my table to find someone. I would consider getting takeout from here in the future but not dining in.

   The food is always excellent at Vapiano’s and I really love the vibe! I always come back here as my go-to Italian restaurant in the city.

   The pasta we ordered was great, and the service was fast and friendly. It was easy to order using the QR code, and the food came quickly. Overall I had a great time :)

   I was celebrating my birthday at Vapiano and the service and delivery of the food and the drinks was super quick. I was very happy with the service.

   5 stars all round. Top service from the second we walked in the door to the moment we left. Staff seemed to have be having a good time with each other too which is a sign of a great place to work. Felt like real Italian food.

   Having to place your order on an app is not good. The food was below average.

   We had a booking but had to wait in line for 25mins before getting to the waitress at the front. Ordered on the IQ code which was annoying as we need Gluten free meals & it was that easy. We waited a long time for our drinks, & one didn't turn up. I had to go to the bar & ask where the drink is. They said they sold out & to pick another one, why didn’t they come & tell me that instead of making us wait? Then our meals arrived so so late, only for them to be taken away. Then they came back again with them. Had no GF pasta left, then mixed up the GF pizza. It was bad service, won’t be back.

   It was wonderful. I booked for 20 people but more of us turned up and they accommodated us for our team lunch. All the drinks and food came in a timely manner and quickly. Thank you Team Vapiano.

    I travelled from Canada and wanted to Muir memorable and sent a note to that effect to the restaurant. It didn’t work on any level.
