   Lovely food! Miss the contact of having a waiter come to do the order rather than the link, but the young ones enjoyed this option. Delicious risotto! We will be back.

   Great place for an after work dinner, especially if you get there in time for happy hour :) Service was great right from when we arrived. The staff are very attentive and quickly refilled our water and cleared our plates. The food was very good, they have mastered their classics. I highly recommend the bolognese and the garlic bread with mozzarella. We will definitely be back!

   Table for two booked. Both meals did NOT arrive together. Upon initial enquiry follow-up after about 10 minutes of 1 of 2 meals being delivered, one of the waiters advised that there was a mistake / error with the meal, and that it needed to be remade. More time elapsed. A follow-up with the head-of-house advised that, apparently, the meal docket was misplaced by a new staff member (or words to that effect). Very strange and inconsistent, given that both meals were taken as part of the same order. Vouchers for two free pasta meals were provided. But the damage was well and truly already done. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING

   We had a great meal at Vapiano. Their pizzas are wood fired and come in a thin crust authentic Italian style. We also had a tiramisu and panna cotta. Both were generous portion sizes and tasted amazing.

   Beautiful new restaurant that was very clean. Had some great purchases during happy hour. Food was so fresh and loved the options of the zoodles for our diabetic son.

   The food is great. However, we had a pregnant lady and a 2 year old child with us and we never received their food. Upon asking multiple times asking where it was and for a refund when it was still delayed we had to walk out of the establishment before they would take the matter seriously and refund them. A kids meal should be the first thing that comes out at least, let alone forgetting the kids meal and another meal entirely.

   Very good!! They accommodated and catered easily for our large group (9 adults and 4 children) without any of the issues that other restaurants have with large groups (upfront payments / set menu enforcement / cancellation charges). The staff and service were outstanding on the day.

    I hosted my birthday dinner at Vapianos last night and would do it again in a heartbeat. They easily hosted my table of 12 (I did book online) and all of my friends were able to order food that they loved. I was gifted a free lemonade which was amazing, and just highlighted the thoughtfulness of the staff who served us. Everyone had a great time and it made organising an event so seamless for me. Highly recommend.
