    We dine here a lot but this past time it took a really long time for our order to come out of the kitchen. We sat at the table for 2 hours which included eating dinner. We probably waited over an hour for our food. The food is great and this has never happened before. Hopefully it was a one time occurrence.

    The food and pricing were good. The service was excellent considering how busy they were. The noise level made any conversation very difficult.

    My husband and I love the Valley Lodge in Wilmette. The ambiance is amazing and we love the fireplace. Everything is great!

    Great place, great food. We had to wait a little bit for our reserved table, but honestly, that doesn't even matter, for I know they were trying to open up a table for us, and even came back to give us updates. Food is outstanding. Excellent ingredients well prepared. Service also outstanding, multiple trips back to the table to be sure we were happy. Busy restaurant on a Saturday night, yet we felt taken care of personally.
