The interior is bright, with brick columns lining the dining room and bright red windows bringing a splash of color to the seating area. Asador La Vaca Argentina honors the famous tradition of Argentinean steakhouses by putting the beef and steak dishes front and center.     Never disappoints! Fantastic service and food. Large portions. Wonderful atmosphere. We have eaten here 20 times. We always bring our visitors to Vaca for excellent steaks guaranteed!

    The noise level was quiet in the private room they seated us in, which we really appreciated. We have had better service in the past. This time our waiter spoke very little English, so a lot of things were lost in translation. My son speaks fluent Spanish, but things still did not go well at all.

    This was our 3rd dining experience at Vaca Argentina and it really has set itself very high standards for both food and service! The staff is warm and welcoming and are constantly checking to see if the food was to your liking, if anything can or needs to be changed and all done with warmth and a smile. Cuisine is truly top-notch..........."ESPECIALLY" all things "BEEF"!! Their Menu is huge in scope and selection offerings. We will be returning again soon!! Andre

    Nice experience, appreciated the ambiance, loved how attentive the waiter was. Ordered the rib eye stake for two with mashed potatoes and garlic mushrooms. Food was 6.5 out of 10. Kinda pricey. Overall good experience to try once when in Puerto Vallarta.
