I grew up in Texas so I know good TexMex - this isn't that. The margarita tasted like chemicals so that I couldn't drink it and returned it for a beer. The salsa was ok but didn't taste fresh, probably from a bottle. The enchiladas were so bland that, hungry as I was, I only ate half of them whereas the rice and beans were overly salty and barely edible. There were two bright spots: the waitress was excellent and the guacamole was good. But overall a most disappointing experience.

All of the salsas and guac were excellent. The service was very good! The food was good. Our biggest complaint was the drinks. The margaritas were very watered down. We tried three different ones and it was the same for all. The Mezcal Marg didn't even have a hint of smokiness. We hope this is just new opening pains, but it's hard to like a Mexican restaurant with bad margaritas.

Good was good but server did not get our order correct and did not offer to make it right. Outdoor dining was nice. Bar looks really nice. I’ll give it another try.

The food is better than average. The choice of background music and the volume needs to be changed. One cannot carry on a conversation over the loud background music. $15 for a Margarita or glass of Sangria is a bit excessive. Two tacos and a Margarita for three people over $90. They do have a more reasonable priced menu at Happy hour. Same drinks and food.

This was my first experience at Urbano and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. The service was slow and my order was not correct and had to be sent back. They did not have any frozen margaritas, they did not mention if the machine was broken or what the reason was. I ordered the shredded beef taco and the shredded chicken taco but they were both not seasoned well. The shredded beef tastes a bit scorched. Overall not a good experience and will not be returning.
