I made reservations for two on Valentine’s Day evening. We started at the bar then moved to our table, which was unfortunately directly next to the kitchen door. While the table was setup, we waited about 15 minutes and had to ask for service. We ordered ceviche and then waited again, no service. The restaurant was busy but everyone seemed to be getting service but us. It was very disorganized and while the food was alright, I wouldn’t go back. They apologized, but service never changed.

I have eaten at Urbana multiple times and have had some very good meals. This time my food was lukewarm and my companion's food was cool, despite both of us having plates that were hot. Go figure! The service was excellent, however.

Every single food item was super flavorful, and the drinks were generous. We sat outside because inside was very noisy, and it was lovely!

We went to this establishment during Restaurant week and choose from the pre-fix menu. Very delicious and the wait staff was attentive. We would definitely go back.

We ordered the chilaquiles and the tortillas were hard and dry, barely any sauce which didn’t taste good either.

I met up with my daughter and son in law and a couple friends. We had been at Urbana in Anaheim recently Since we loved it I thought we would try this one. We were thrilled here too! Great service, food, drinks and ambience. I love the Filet Mignonette Tacos The vegetarian options were perfect for my daughter. Can’t wait for next time to try the Lobster Tacos!

Service was fantastic and the food was very good. I felt the canned sodas brought the overall quality down. They really should invest in a soda fountain and at least provide complimentary refills. I was already aware they did not provide complimentary chips and salsa, which is a staple for all Mexican restaurants I’ve been to and they charge a dollar for extra hot sauce.
