This restaurant was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. From the moment we walked in to our last bite of desert, everything was fantastic. Our greeter/busser Chili was so kind and friendly. Our server Gordy made excellent food and drink recommendations. The drinks were some of the best cocktails we have tried anywhere. The food came and did not disappoint. The bar manager Steven came to our table after our dinner, and was so pleasant and refreshing. We would recommend this restaurant 1000 times over. One of the best dining experiences ever. Can not wait to eat there again, must go the next time we are in Tampa.

We love Union New American. We have taken many friends there and all have loved it, too. Service and ambience are great. Menu is somewhat limited but the food is excellent.

Third visit to Union but possibly our last. Simply not worth it versus other worthy restaurants in the area. Ignored for about 10 minutes when we arrived. My wife tried to confirm that her entree would be made without cilantro and was told it could be made without. When her meal had cilantro in it, her replacement meal was undercooked and cold. This shouldn’t have happened when cleaning up a mistake on the first entree. The quality of food and/or service are not worth the trouble.
