Valentine's Day prix fixe, so take this review with a grain of salt. Valentine's prix fixe are always rough. We actually chose Twist initially becasue they didnt have a prix fixe menu for valentines day, but lo and behold, we got the mid week text telling us that there was one after all. It wasnt criminally priced, so that's good. But the food was average at best. A few tapas appetizers and then a very small and fatty steak. Oh well. The service was attentive and tried hard, but they were friends of the owner brought in for the night to help out, so there was a bit of confusion over the menu.

I couldn’t fault one thing at Twist. The food was so good that I’m still thinking about it the next day. I recommend taking the chefs/waiters recommendations on their specialities. Can’t wait to go back.

Food was nice but took far too long to come, coming one at a time. This is usually fine, but when patatas bravas comes at the end of the meal on its own after the meat dishes, it's a problem. We had specifically asked the waitress but she didn't understand and we gave up asking. Service overall pretty poor.

Superb food, wine and good service. The dishes are so beautiful visually and with such stunning flavour. Four of us shared the stuffed courgette flowers, ham, boquerones, tuna tartare, t-bone, tomato and onion salad and surprisingly tasty broccoli. Our friends who know more about wine than us appreciated the great wine list (and chose so well!). What a team and what great food. Thank you and congratulations. Just as good as when we’ve been before.
