Enjoy the views of our kitchen and culinary team in action, as they present a menu focused on sourcing locally, championing waste reduction, and pushing the boundaries of plant-based culinary creativity. Due to our cuisine and the dining experience, we are unable to omit alliums from our tasting menu. We can accommodate most other allergies with advance notice.     This place is amazing and I can not believe how beautiful and open the restaurant is. It feels like another world when you enter. I will definitely be keeping it in my back pocket for a gloomy day because their interior is so open it feels like the “standard seating” is outside. Gem and different from usual BGame options. Apps: Croquettes - A sunchokes led and not too much broccoli cruciferous Crispy maiitake mushrooms - A+ sauce and crispy mushrooms complimented each other perfectly Mains: Radish Cake w/ tempeh - A+ radish cake was similar to Mochi and tempeh was good. I really liked the complexity and choices you had with each bite. Chili oil was on side and could add as much or little as you wanted with each bite. Any heaviness in the tempeh or radish cakes could also be balanced with the fresh greens on top Tamales - A- good set to maiz, I like my tamales with a little more texture, but good for non-mexi restaurant. Sauce was a little too sweet for me…would love a little tartness or spicy. Drinks: Flower spritz- a little sweet, I would have liked a little more flavor and less sweetness. Next time I would probably ask to have same drink in a tall glass with extra soda/tonic water Service: Amazing! I met my sisters last minute for a Saturday night quick meet up for apps and drinks all arriving late because of traveling, but after we saw the menu, we wanted to try a few entrees with limited time. Our server, Antonio, really worked hard to accommodate, but I appreciated him communicating with the kitchen and not promising the team could not deliver on. I really got a sense of teamwork there and pride. I was raised in a restaurant and am okay with no special accommodations. I rarely ask and am always a little embarrassed, but the team made us feel at home and low maintenance even though we inconvenienced them. Thank you!
