I had the barrel aged old fashioned that they pour straight out of a barrel with the braised beef short rib for my entree. The drink was top class! The meal was tender and flavorful. It was a quiet night in the restaurant but our server was very personable and hospitable. Great experience and will be back!

Worst experience in a very long time. We waited for an hour and a half for our dinners (after waiting 20mins to even place our order) and our server hadn’t been to our table in over 30mins. Finally got up and left. We told the host that we were leaving and then we had to wait for the manager to come tell us “the food is almost up”. Barely an apology from the front of house manager. Would never go back.

We took the shuttle from the Ridge and we’re glad we did. Paul the driver was entertaining and informative. We had the special prime rib which was delicious and enjoyed the bread pudding for dessert.

Horrible service! Had to refill my own water. Took 20 minutes to get a beer. Server never rounded the table to ask if we needed anything.

Had such a wonderful time here. Our server was amazing. Hostess was great as well. Everyone seemed friendly who worked there. Good was absolutely delicious. We hope to come back every time we visit Lake Geneva.
