   Always a great experience, but second round of drinks was slow. Ordered when entrees dropped, received when we had finished eating. But the food made up for that, and we had a great table watching the kitchen. Friends loved the original fried chicken, and I devoured the meatloaf, with crispy Brussels sprouts, and crispy potatoes. Will be back with next batch of out of town visitors.

   We love Tupelo Honey. I brought my 9 yr old grandson with me for dinner and he absolutely loved his classic chicken and waffles. His eyes rolled to the back of his head when he took his first bite. I had the lightly dusted fried chicken breast and a side Caesar salad. The fried chicken was good but not stellar. The meat was dry, but still tasty. In my experience fried chicken is always juicy so - 4 stars for the chicken. 4 stars for service because our server never asked if we wanted another drink and my glass was empty for awhile. It was a good evening and my grandson really enjoyed himself.

   Pimento cheese dip was too thin. Shrimp and Grits was good. Chicken standard white meat was dry. The rosemary potatoes were very good. Bloody Mary's were great.

   Creative Southern cuisine, no bad choices. The bacon collard greens were great. Had never heard of using bacon in this side, didn't know what to expect. Service was great, food was slow coming out of the kitchen. Guessing it was due to being busier than normal for a Monday evening.

   The biscuits are different than they used to be. Overall a good experience. I really enjoyed the onion rings.

   Emily was our server and she was amazing. Professional, courteous and helpful. Good was great. Only reason I didn't give a 5 start, was that the temperature of some dishes could have been hotter. I got the mimosa flight and didn't like the seasonal flight. I wished I'd know what it was and I would have asked to swap it out. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. As usual!

    We were disappointed as last time everything was amazing. This time everything was not great- food had odd flavor, biscuits were dry, service was not great. Last time we were there it was packed.
