   We visited Tucci's for my husband's birthday for brunch. Upon arrival, we were greeted and escorted to our table. After sitting down, we were quickly approached by our server and asked for our beverage selection. We had the avocado toast, bacon & cheddar omlette and breakfast potatoes. The food was delicious. The avocado toast was extremely filling, I could not even finish the entire thing! The breakfast potatoes were seasoned to perfection! The omlette was extremely tasty with the perfect amount of fillings.

   Tucci's food is always wonderful. Our waiter misunderstood my order, so I was disappointed in what I received. It would have been nice if the waiter had offered to take the cost of my meal off the bill, but he didn't. If we go to Tucci's for brunch again, I'll make sure to be very clear in what I'm ordering.

   This was our yearly holiday dinner and it was fantastic. First our server was kind, helpful and made our experience enjoyable. I had the Lasagna was 4 lavers , very large and covered in great sauce. My wife had the short rib plate and loved it. When we come to a restaurant like this its very special and everyone, the greaters, our server and the staff in the kitchen made it just that way. Thanks

   One of our entrees came out 15 minutes after everyone else’s and it took a very long time to have our order taken.

   It took a long time to be seated and once we were, the progression of the meal seem to lag on. We waited an exorbitant amount of time for dessert because they ran out of the tiramisu. The food was fair. Seemed overpriced for what we received and how long we waited. We will think twice before making a reservation again on Christmas Eve.

   Love the atmosphere at Tucci’s. But the service was very slow, and our table was 30 minutes late. I realize it was Christmas Eve. But might need more staff or less reservations. Food was delicious.

   Reservation for (4) was for 7:30 pm, finally seated at 8:05 pm. Hostess first told us they were clearing our table and when we rechecked our status were told that the party at our table was now having dessert. None of it made sense and sounded like nonsense. Food selections were limited to holiday menu list which was not known ahead of booking. Salad, main courses were good. Dessert selection was sold out by the time we finished dinner and had to select a less appealing alternate. Server disappeared at times and it took over two hours from the time we were seated to receive food and finish. Overall, a 2-1/2 hour experience. Have eaten at this restaurant for 20+ years. This was probably our least favorite dining experience. Seemed to be plenty of staffing, bartenders/servers but kitchen was very slow.

    Food and staff were great. Will definitely go back. It’s a Dublin institution. Unfortunately, We had booked reservations for 6:45p at the bar and didn’t get seated until 7:25. We were put in the back corner of the restaurant because the bar tables hadn’t cleared. We were offered a complimentary glass of wine for the table location, but were accidentally charged for another glass we didn’t drink anyway. I haven’t had any issues in the past, but this Christmas Eve dinner event didn’t hit the mark.
