   Initial waitress seem detached and not really interested. The others that helped serve were exceptional. Order placed was incorrect and filet was tough. Crab cake was very good. Normally dine in the Woodlands and have never had server with that aloof attitude. Food quality always been excellent in Woodlands. Manager and hostess were very nice and loved the piano player. Food quality especially for steak was poor. Didn't bring this to their attention because didn't want to put damper on Valentines Day.

   We’ve always enjoyed dining at Truluck’s, and this visit was no exception in terms of food and ambiance—both were excellent, as usual. However, our experience was unfortunately marred by a few service issues. One of our drinks arrived with a hair hanging from the glass, which was quite off-putting. When we pointed it out, our waiter acknowledged it but seemed distracted, which led to another oversight—our bread order wasn’t placed, and we had to remind him. While mistakes happen, we expected more attentiveness from a restaurant of this caliber. Unfortunately, no amends were made for the oversight, and we were still charged for the drink. While we still enjoyed the meal, this experience left us disappointed, and we hope for better service in the future.

   oh my God!! Everything was amazing from bisque, crab fried rice to Lobster tail. Hillary our server was great. She was friendly and attentive.

   My wife and I enjoyed an early Valentine Day meal on 02/13 to avoid the crowds. Truluck’s is definitely one of our favorite places to dine in Houston. The Valentines decor and roses on the table added to the total experience. Music and sound was great and my wife loved the Valentine drink special. I can’t remember the name but she had two and that never happens 😁 We also enjoyed the long stem chocolate strawberries for dessert.

   Trulucks consistently provides great food and superb service. We celebrated our 30th anniversary last night at Trulucks with our close friends. We had a relaxing evening and everyone was pleased with their meal selection. Our wait person provided excellent service throughout the evening.
