   Nico was amazing. He gave us great recommendations. We had the perfect booth that faced the street. I absolutely enjoyed my filet mignon. And the voilà cocktail was such a great recommendation and a great photo because it bubbled. I had originally booked for the prix fixe which was delicious but added a couple appetizers as well.

   One of our families favorite dining options. Consistently delivers a totally satisfying experience. Been going to Trulucks downtown location regularly since 2007. Never been dissatisfied. The menu never fails to satisfy.

   There to celebrate 3 cancer survivors. Appetizers were served yet when I order my meal it came out incorrectly twice, and didn’t feel reordering a third time. I was left without a meal and ate pizza once home. Three apps/4drinks came out to 300.00 and I still ate pizza Once home. I am not happy

   The food was good, the service was great. But here is the issue, while we were sitting and eating our food, one of servers on the other table was doing cleaning around other tables. That what i take issue with, do you cleaning after all the guest leave and the place is empty. regards Al

   We've been dining at Trulucks downtown since they opened the original 4th/Colorado location years ago. It's always been my happy place to splurge. We've tried the new incarnation on 3rd St three times now, hoping it would improve, but they are just a shell of what they used to be. All of the prior service team is gone and the new team is nice enough, but mediocre at best. Not well trained - milling around and leaving water glasses unfilled. The atmosphere used to feel so warm and classy - it's now cold and lacking a soul. But the food has also declined. We tend to order the same things each time we are there - always including king crab and crab fried rice. It now arrives barely warm, and the rice is overcooked and lacking all of the goodness (crab, mushrooms, etc) and flavor that it used to contain. Now that we've tried three times, I sadly feel we have to cross this off our list of nice places to go. :(

    When our food was delivered many items were missing. The waiter may have misrepresented how dishes were plated and what could be substituted. The food was delicious ( although my trout was a little dry) and the Parker rolls were delicious. We did not get the crab fried rice we ordered it the sauce requested for the sea bass. Service was a little chaotic.
