The lobster risotto was awful and carrots hard to cut with knife. This by far the worst meal I ate at Truffles. Overpriced..

I was celebrating my birthday. We dat right above the casino (which was one level down). It was great energy, great food and cocktails, and I received a free dessert (GR's signature sticky toffee pudding) which was AMAZING!! Also, the vanilla old fashions were delicious!

For a first time experience eating at a Chef Ramseys restaurant, it was a very enjoyable experience.

We were very pleased with our experience at Truffles! From the welcoming and accommodating host Eli to the attentive and helpful service given by Tyler. The food was superb! The lobster bisque was fabulous and it is no wonder the fish and chips are their specialty! All aspects of our dining experience was beyond our expectations!

Crumbs on the floor. I was the 2nd table seated that night. A very slow night. Bisque was slightly salty for me, but favorable and good consistency. I had Beef Wellington. The pastry was well short of flaky, I didn't eat most of it. The meat was very tender and cooked to temp, but barely warm. The potatoes were nearly cold and unremarkable in flavor. The carrots were at service temp, much warmer than the potatoes. One carrot was done to al dente, the others were still raw in the center. The carrot tops, I believe, were meant to be on the carrots, as the carrots were not cut on that end, but they were all missing. The demi glace was very good, but not enough on the plate for each bite to have a little. I asked for a little more and that fixed the problem. The custard for the creme brulee was slightly overdone and thus, the eggs scrambled slightly. Service was good, except I was done a good eight to ten minutes with my bisque before I saw my waiter again. He did do a food check with me right after the bisque arrived. He did a food check with me after the Wellington arrived and I didn't voice my observations, as it was all just too much. Glass racks in the service hall were visible from my table; I find that unsightly. The rest of the dining room, I thought was very clean and tidy. Could have been a spectacular experience, save the mentioned items.

Exceptional meal! Two of us ordered the Beef Wellington, Lobster Risotto and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The Wellington lived up to and exceeded the hype. The Risotto was served with a generous portion of lobster, perfectly cooked and delicious. The dessert was sublime, large and well balanced to not come across as too sweet. The price point is a little high but the food is prepared accordingly and in my opinion worth the cost. Can’t wait to go back and try a few more dishes.
