True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers.     Brunch was amazing. The food quality was excellent, and it was prepared expertly. The portions were generous and our coffee was refilled frequently.

    True Food Kitchen's food had looked amazing and had great flavor. The restaurant looked amazing. However, while not really full or busy since we arrived at 4:30 for happy hour, it took forever to get our drinks. Then, after our entree's arrived, getting another glass of wine didn't occur until the entree was gone. Bummer when food and wine go so well together.

    The food is excellent and the new twist on a tired old meatloaf is phenomenal. The Korean noodles were flavorful but not overwhelming. Definitely coming back

    We had a great server initially! The food is always delicious. However, our server disappeared and no one came back to check our table once the food was delivered. Our waters were empty. It may have been a shift change - so I will give them the benefit. Someone finally came to offer coffee or desert and it was different than our initial server. We were celebrating a birthday and it was just a little less than expected from a True Food kitchen. Not our normal experience from True Food Kitchen.
