    Great wait staff. I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I live in Palm Springs. Food is always great . Price Fixte is a nice three course meal.

    Six of us thought we’d give Trio another try. A previous visit wasn’t impressive. Five of us ordered poached eggs. All five got soft boiled eggs. Not what you want on a Benedict.

    Excellent food and service. Great mocktails. Only complaint was the noise level from the music was such that it made conversation quite difficult.

    We had an amazing experience for my birthday dinner! We shared the steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus. We also had the rolls to start. The server was incredible. He brought me a complimentary desert with a candle. It was such a great dinner. Thank you!

    I was glad to hear they decided to open for weekend brunch again, but the experience this time was disappointing. Service was welcoming and polite but disorganized and painfully slow. Perhaps they are facing staffing challenges like many restaurants. Food (French Dip Sandwich, Chilaquiles) was filling but not particularly flavorful or memorable. Outside seating was packed, so maybe I’m missing something. I will give them another try in a couple of months to see if I have a different experience.
