Trattoria Emilia is an authentic Italian restaurant focusing on seasonal produce and fresh pasta. Head chefs Francesco Rota and Luca Flammia hail from Modena in Emilia Romagna.

At Trattoria Emilia we seasonally change the menu and source a large majority of our produce from regional Victoria, our meat is organic and sustainably grown in Tasmania and Victoria and we import some of the best Italian DOC products. Some dishes that are not to be missed are our Tortelloni Emiliani and the crowd favourite salumi misti with gnocco fritto and tigelle served with mortadella mousse.

Rustic, yet refined, Trattoria Emilia boasts fantastic ambience, attentive and professional service whilst all the while remaining a great casual dining spot perfect for a quick lunch, a long relaxing dinner with friends and has always been a romantic date spot.

    As part of this experience, enjoy a 3-course menu with your choice of an entrée, a main, and a dessert/cheese from our a la carte menu. Dinner reservations will be allocated a 2-hour seating time. I you are wanting a quick meal of one or two courses, the à la carte menu is only available for lunch or early dinner reservations (starting from 5:00 - 5:30 pm with a 1.5-hour sitting time). Please contact the restaurant directly for enquiries regarding this option.

    Fantastic meal at Trattoria Emilia as always. A bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Our favourite restaurant right now. Have already booked for our next trip to Melbourne

    Absolutely amazing. The staff were so helpful and the five course meal was worth every cent. Beautiful restaurant and honestly some of the best food i have ever had.

    Food was art, tasty and an experience, wait staff were always helpful and willing to help, I stuffed up my booking and made it for 2pm when it should have been midday, I turn up at midday and they moved turns around to accommodate. Much appreciated so thank you for making my partners 50th something we can talk about as he loved it also.

    Amazing place, we had my fiancé birthday dinner there, food was absolutely amazing, very attentive service in a cool and traditional Italian atmosphere. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
