Trattoria Emilia is an authentic Italian restaurant focusing on seasonal produce and fresh pasta. Head chefs Francesco Rota and Luca Flammia hail from Modena in Emilia Romagna.

At Trattoria Emilia we seasonally change the menu and source a large majority of our produce from regional Victoria, our meat is organic and sustainably grown in Tasmania and Victoria and we import some of the best Italian DOC products. Some dishes that are not to be missed are our Tortelloni Emiliani and the crowd favourite salumi misti with gnocco fritto and tigelle served with mortadella mousse.

Rustic, yet refined, Trattoria Emilia boasts fantastic ambience, attentive and professional service whilst all the while remaining a great casual dining spot perfect for a quick lunch, a long relaxing dinner with friends and has always been a romantic date spot.

    As part of this experience, enjoy a 3-course menu with your choice of an entrée, a main, and a dessert/cheese from our a la carte menu. Dinner reservations will be allocated a 2-hour seating time. I you are wanting a quick meal of one or two courses, the à la carte menu is only available for lunch or early dinner reservations (starting from 5:00 - 5:30 pm with a 1.5-hour sitting time).     Food and service was spectacular!! We were dining with a person who is hearing impaired and the staff were so respectful and accommodating. Cannot wait to come back again!

    The food and wine were fantastic but our waiter made it the most fun night out. So lovely, knowledgeable, friendly, funny and helpful. We had the Chef’s suggestions and loved every bite. Beautiful relaxed vibe but excellent food. Will be back again

    All the pasta suggested by Francesca were great, however, if the pasta could be done a tint softer will be perfect. The Tiramisu is a must try, a very special one but I can assure you that you will be surprised and fall in love with it with just one bite.

    Exceptional service, all staff are professional, friendly & fabulously Italian. Very accommodating for my elderly aunt, our annual get together over beautiful food & wine. Absolutely love this place .
