   Hostesses; three girls up front no one says hello welcome, just super uncomfortable to begin. The girl that sits us just grabs the menus and starts walking doesn’t say hello come this way just soo rude. Puts down the menus on table and walks away, no enjoy your dinner!! I worked in food and beverage for 20 years, the experience begins right at the door! That’s the the role of the hostesses to be welcoming informative and kind.. My husband and I were there for three days if we had a better experience we would have returned, unfortunately there was no reason to. Also the Food was mediocre. We ended up off the resort the next night and had a delicious and wonderful dining experience at VOLARE ITALIAN RESTAURANT down the road, highly recommend.

   Quality food at a highly commercial ski slope. Servers were friendly. Lots of kids so pretty noisy at dinner.

   Had a reservation and when we got there the place Was overcrowded. Did not have a table for us. Sat us outside in a tent with holes in it so it was cold. However, did not matter because no one came to take our order so we just left after sitting in the fold for 20 minutes! Not worth it!

   Fajitas were advertised to come with cilantro rice and it was just plain white rice. Also, for being at a resort the hostess at the front desk when asked a question about the resort did not know the answer.

   Sitting next to the door that goes to you patio sitting area was very uncomfortable and cold. You should warn people sitting there that they will be cold and bumped every 30 seconds. Prices were about 25% more expensive given the quality of the food. It was a very poor experience overall and I deeply regret bringing my family there

   Server was great and it was fun to sit at the base of the ski slopes. Food was mediocre at best. Burgers were thin. Fries were hard. Ribs were tender but too much sauce.

   We asked our waitress Sarah for a happy hour menu because we were notified by the host that it was happy hour. Sarah rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed that we asked for happy hour, then when she came back she said it was only beer and wine. So my husband got a beer. Then we asked her for coloring supplies for our children and she forgot about it until our appetizer came and we had to ask her again. Over all the service could’ve been better, we still tipped 20% because we understand everyone has bills to pay. On our way to checkout the following day we saw an advertisement for happy hour and it listed discounted beer wine AND COCKTAILS. As well as a wing special. Had we been informed of this I definitely would’ve ordered a cocktail or two, and my husband definitely would’ve eaten the wings along with the pretzel we ordered which would’ve resulted in a higher check and more revenue for trails end. Just very frustrating to be on vacation and something as little as happy hour seemed to be what caused annoyance to our server.

   We were highly disappointed with our food on January 1, 2025. We had a late reservation but that shouldn't be the reason we had a horrible experience. When we first walked in, we immediately noticed how dirty the restaurant was. There was food all over the floor and dirty tables just sitting uncleaned. We should have left then. We order our food only for it to come out cold. The rice was hard and all of the food was bland. We sent it back to be heated. We then found a hair in the fajitas and sent that food back. At this point we were ready to go. The waiter gave us 25% off but we definitely won't be returning! Worst food and atmosphere EVER!

    They had many menu items that were unavailable to order because they ran out of food. Overall very disappointed. Will never eat here again.
