   We were running late, so I called and they said it would be no problem to hold the table, even though they were very busy. The restaurant is cozy and with the Post Valentine’s Day crowd (mostly couples) it was crowded but the chaos was nicely controlled by the attentive staff! Job well done! Drinks food, etc were very good and the service was excellent! We’ll be back! Merci!

   This is one of our go to’s for a nice dinner. Food and service are always great. The ONLY area of improvement would be to remove a few tables. It feels a bit crowded but understandable- it is a business and they are generally busy especially on the weekends. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Toulouse is always delightful. I always have wonderful meals and the service is always impeccable. The staff is always so kind and helpful. It is one of my favorite places in town. The atmosphere is great too! I highly recommend!

   Great as always The service and welcome from Serge and Juliano is unparalleled. Favorite place of this style of restaurant in Dfw.

   Food was great, but our experience was not. We made a reservation for 8:30 pm on Valentine’s Day over a month in advance. We were not seated until 9:40, and the hostess was not helpful. People were seated out of order, and the only answer she gave us was that we could cancel if we wanted to. We do not recommend going here for Valentine’s Day as they are not able to handle that many reservations. Thankfully, Hyman our server was very attentive and food came out quick while tasting excellent. We received our food at 10:20 pm. We recommend the zucchini chips, petite filet, and lobster bisque

   They definitely had issues accommodating the amount of guests that were present. We had to wait over an hour for a table after our reservation time. Food was good though.

   Had valentines reservations at 8 pm. We left the restaurant at 9 without being seated. They were way over booked, kinda ruined our night.

   We were told this place usually isn't as busy as it was on Valentine's Day, and unfortunately, it showed. The place was packed, reserved parties couldn't be seated for a long amount of time, folks with reservations were being told to go outside but they only called for parties indoors (i.e. if you stepped outside there was no way to tell it was your turn, and you got skipped). Drinks and food were an unusually long wait, and it seemed folks were unable to tell which table ordered what, down to the food being delivered to the wrong tables and even the wrong check at the end of the night. That said, I would actually be totally willing to come back on a less busy night - the food was good, drinks were nice, and on a less rainy night, I can see this place having a great ambiance (as is meant for a cafe/bistro style place like this). Everyone has off nights, and I don't blame the restaurant or the staff - with a good chunk of their outdoor seating gone, there was little they could do but have people wait, and they were kind, if disorganized. Not the best for busy nights or holidays like Valentine's day, but for a nice, upscale-but-not-frilly date night, I'd recommend Toulouse.

   Got seated at a make shift table next to the bathroom with no room for people to pass and constantly interrupted. And this was all 30 minutes past our reservation time where we had to be clammed together with 20 other people behind the bar
