   Food was good. Service really wasn't. It was slow. A Wine glass was taken with Wine still in it, that was then spilt over the table. Dessert order got lost and forgotten about. We had to ask twice for sugar for the coffee, and 12.5% automatically added to the bill for service seems a little steep. Especially when the service wasn't great.

   The food wasn’t amazing but not terrible. The beef was overcooked and the chicken was very dry for the roasts. The service was kind but took 1 1/2 to serve the food which was outrageous for a restaurant that costs quite a penny. They did offer to take off service charge after complaining but in reality that should of been done automatically. Definitely not coming back to a place that serves food that my local pub can do quicker and probably even better. The only good thing about this place is the views especially when eating outside.

   Thanks for taking my earlier call. We try very hard and are proud to deliver great hospitality. We care; if we don't think we've been at our best we will be the first to say. You were greeted today by Phil who responded to your request to seat an additional guest as you had only booked for 4 and not 5 so he offered the table of your choice with firepit as an alternative as you preferred to be outside. You arrived at 12.15 and had paid and left by 13.47. 1.5hrs for 5guests dining for drinks, starters and mains & freshly cooked food is more than acceptable. Arthur who served you said your feedback had been good but after saying that service was slow, service charge was removed by him without question. We think our food and service is amazing and we are sorry to read you won't be returning.

   A relaxed dining experience within a lovely restaurant. Excellent staff with attention to detail. Exceptional food, especially with focus on outstanding local produce

   Loved coming here for the first time. Great atmosphere and lovely decor. The food was amazing however not sure what went wrong with the stuffing. It was also an extra charge and it was very disappointing. Very dry and tasteless. The service unfortunately wasn’t great either. We had to ask to order every-time. Apart from that, super impressed with everything else

   This was our first visit to Terra and was very impressed with everything. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was excellent and enjoyed our time there.

   Food was delicious. Servers were attentive without feeling rushed. Booked for a birthday and they bought out a taster dessert with candle and birthday message on, which was a really lovely end to our evening. Great place for a special occasion.

    First time back to Tottington in too long! Booked a reasonably last-minute Sunday Lunch and we were not disappointed. Everything, from reception on arrival, to service, food delivery and the actual food itself, was just superb. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect and the care and attention paid by the team was excellent in every respect; cannot fault it. We opted for the Sunday Roast; Tottington has a spin on the usual "pub roast" - slightly posher version but better in every way; the flavours and presentation was absolutely spot on, and thoroughly appreciated.
