   Really delicious food! I have not been to Toscano in a while and I was so pleased at the really great food and service. We had a lovely evening and I will be going back soon!

   My aunt and I went for a late lunch, around 3:30 on a Thursday. Our server was amazing. Very personable and attentive. My lemon drop martini was one of the best I've ever had. Wine selection was good. Food was amazing! Crusty rolls with oil brought to the table before our meal were warm and delicious. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

    We have eaten at Toscano numerous times over the past eight years and have ALWAYS been pleased with the service and the food. I therefore have to conclude that our experience this past Friday is an anomaly and will therefore not keep us from returning. Here's why my three companions and I had only a fair experience. There was no drambuie to make the drink always requested and served. The caesar salad lacked its usual delicious punch. (Perhaps the anchovies were omitted from the dressing.) The rolls were raw (actual dough in the middle) and had to be returned. The (surly) waitress removed the rolls and the plates and did not provide replacement plates when new rolls arrived. The pork (two separate orders) was dry. The halibut and salmon were adequate according to my companions. I was asked if I wanted cream and sugar with my Irish Coffee. I replied that I wanted whipped cream. The waitress informed me that you did not have whipped cream; I assured her that you did (as I frequently have ordered an Irish Coffee.) The Irish coffee was served with perhaps half an inch of whipped cream, barely reaching the rim of the glass. Again, this was a very unusual experience for us and not a reason to eliminate Toscano from our rotation of restaurants when we attend a play at the ART.
