   Great experience, the skillet al formaggio was the highlight of my meal. The steak was cooked well, but poorly seasoned.

   I found Toscana to be an amazing dining experience! I ordered the Caesar Salad for starters, and was a generous portion, well dressed with shaved parmigiana cheese and crispy croutons! The main course I chose, was the Braised Short Rib, Vegetables and substituted for the mashed potatoes! This was served beautifully, and the short rib was, fork tender. There was a light brown gravy which was ok, but I’m not a fan of gravy overall, but had a nice flavor. I ended with their homemade chocolate chip gelato, a generous portion and was delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

   The restaurant and hotel are beautiful and inviting. The food was “good” but not the best we have had. We will go again and give ‘em another chance.

   Fabulous food and service! This is a definite place to go in Amarillo for a fancy dinner or event. Our server, Alexis, was fantastic and accommodated the 3 and 5 year olds wonderfully - bringing kid cups for their drinks and talking with them directly. I'll definitely visit again!
