Extremely slow service, our Vday dinner took over two hours just for the appetizer and entree. The reso in front of us that sat down maybe 2-3 mins before us were already having their dessert before our entrees arrived. We ended up just getting the dessert to go because I honestly didn’t want to wait another 30-40 mins for them to plate some cheesecake. Really awful experience and won’t be recommending or going back again.

What a great Valentines Day meal! It was a set menu with plenty of choices for us pescatarians . The service at Toscana is always excellent. Being Valentines Dinner time The staff were run off their feet, but they were so very professional and still offered excellent service with a sprinkling humour. The food was delicious. We were so full we took out desert home to have the next day. Great job Toscana!

My partner and I went there for Valentine’s Day to the heritage location. We had reservation yet we still had to wait in the bar which we did not have a problem, we understood it was a busy night but once they sat us at our table our server never came to us. We waited for 30 min and the only thing we got was water, we couldn’t order anything because they were too busy to come to our table. We decided to leave, it did ruined our Valentine’s Day dinner which we were very excited about. It was gonna be our first time there, it was a very bad experience. I don’t think the hostess even noticed why we left. I think if they can’t handle that many people, they shouldn’t be advertising their events on social media. I have been to other restaurants for Valentine’s Day and I never had this experience.

My wife and I made reservations 2 weeks before Valentines Day, as we wanted to eat Italian food from the restaurant's regular menu. Upon arrival we discovered that there was no regular menu that day, but a special holiday menu for $59 per person with dishes we didn't really want. The management of the place cared more about minimum earnings than about the customers' desire to eat traditional Italian food. Moreover, we would have spent no less than that amount if we had been able to order what we wanted from the regular menu. Despite my love for Italian cuisine and positive reviews of Toscana by acquaintances, I will not come to this establishment again. Is one day's earnings worth the loss of potential loyal customers?

We made reservations for Valentines Day. The set menu was a fun idea. The food was good but was staggered very slowly. The server was polite and friendly but was clearly overwhelmed and could only complete 1 task at a time. Our waters sat empty on the table for most of the meal but we couldn’t get the servers attention to have them refilled. Our kids really enjoyed the spaghetti, it was a hit! We had the lamb shank and the chicken parm, both of which were very delicious. We’ve ordered Toscana through SkiptheDishes which will be our preferred method going forward.

We went there for Valentine's Day. We had the valentines menu, which started with bruschetta appetizer. The bruschetta was really good, but I wished we got more than one little piece. I had the beet and feta salad and my husband had the gamberi, both were really tasty. For our mains, my husband had the lamb shank and I had the haddock, both were phenomenal, so tasty. We finished with three desserts to share, which were exceptional. All in all it was great. The waiter was very attentive.
