   Server Alexis was awesome and very knowledgeable of menu and food was excellent. Only semi negative comment is the lights needs need a dimmer switch. Enjoyed dinner very much.

   We recently visited this restaurant and wanted to share our experience. While our server was kind and the staff generally friendly, there was a significant gap in both service and food quality. We ended up spending over $280 on our meal, and it was disappointing. The ribeye was overcooked and cold, while the salmon we received was raw—not just once, but twice after sending it back. My husband, who usually orders a burger because they can’t mess that up, was also let down; his burger arrived with a soggy bun, as if it had been soaked in water. Additionally, our food took over an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. Given the poor quality and high prices, we have decided to stop dining at this grill. While we might stop by for a happy hour cocktail, we won’t be spending our money on food here. The grill has an opportunity to shine and they seem to fall flat too often.

   Our waitress was very attentive and patient while I caught up with a friend. Food was great and looked fabulous.

   Food was just ok. The Shrimp, crab, baby Scallop dish had no crab, few scallops and WAY too much butter with little flavor. The chicken special was just ok, not super flavorful. The only time the server came by was to drop something off.

   We have been dining at Torreon Grill for several years. I feel that the quality of the service, food selection, wine selection and little add on's has gone down hill. They used to give bread and potato chips and now they don't. They used to serve you on burger night now it's self serve..... We pay a lot to be members here and to get a 5 star rating you need to go the extra mile. Not happening with Torreon

    The only thing available was the barbecue buffet and it was the worst barbecue I’ve ever had. The steamed ribs were mushy. $45 each and we walked away hungry.  This restaurant has always been up and down, but it’s currently down.
